Features

The AI Study App That Has Everything — In One Place

Unlike other AI study tools that make you re-upload the same PDF four times, Butterfast generates notes, flashcards, quizzes, and mind maps from one source — instantly. And you earn XP the whole time.

AI Study Notes

Upload a PDF, paste a YouTube link, or drop an audio file — Butterfast instantly generates structured, readable study notes with headings, bullet points, and key takeaways. No more re-reading 80-page PDFs.

AI Flashcards & Spaced Repetition

Our AI generates flashcards tailored to your material and schedules reviews at scientifically optimal intervals. The only AI study app with real spaced repetition — flashcard levels rise as you master concepts.

Adaptive AI Quizzes

Generate multiple-choice, true/false, and open-ended questions from any source material. Earn BXP for every correct answer — the more you score, the more you level up. Exam prep has never been this motivating.

Interactive Mind Maps

Visualize how concepts connect with AI-generated mind maps. Spot knowledge gaps, build deep understanding, and navigate complex subjects visually. Great for visual learners and concept-heavy subjects.

AI Chat Tutor

Chat with your notes any time. Ask clarifying questions, request simpler explanations, or explore topics deeper — your AI tutor has read your exact material and is available 24/7, even at 3am before an exam.

Gamified Learning — Earn BXP

Butterfast is the only AI study tool with a 20-level XP progression system. Earn BXP for every note, quiz, and flashcard session. Build daily streaks, hit milestones, and turn studying into something you actually want to do.

How It Works

From source to study-ready in under 60 seconds.

No complicated workflows. No re-uploading the same file. Just upload your material, let AI do the heavy lifting, and start studying.

  1. Upload Your Source
Drop in a PDF, paste a YouTube URL, upload an audio file, or paste text. Any subject, any format. No signup required to try.

  2. AI Analyzes Everything
Butterfast extracts key concepts, structures the content, and generates your notes, flashcards, quiz questions, and mind map — all at once, from one upload.

  3. Study Smarter & Earn XP
Review your AI notes, quiz yourself, practice with flashcards, and chat with your AI tutor. Every session earns BXP to level up from Novice to Legend.
